Place to live around Drexel

I just got accepted to Drexel COM and am planning to go there this fall. Can any current drexel student (or anyone else familiar with the area) be kind enough to tell me about apartments around drexel? i went to the school's housing website but it wasn't very helpful. any help is appreciated

Hey, I am a Temple student and for the first 2 years I lived in Roxborough, one of the common neighborhoods that Temple, Drexel students etc. live in. In general, the area right around the school should be super for finding an apartment. I drove right by Drexel everyday on my 15 minute drive to Temple. Also Manayunk, and East Falls is probably the closest. I think the school is technically in East Falls? If you want the names of specific places feel free to send me a message. You could certainly find some places extremely close to Drexel and the area is pretty nice.

i'm also a temple med student....i live in east falls....i'd suggest looking for a place on craigslist.com....that's where i found my apartment....you can usually find pretty good deals
