For the Feb. 19 - Apr 30 period, do medical schools see the # of TOTAL (WL + Accepted) applicants that have not clicked PTE for their school? Or do they only see how many accepted students have/haven't clicked PTE for their school?

Yes! You cannot PTE a school you have not been accepted to!!

Prior to 4/30, schools can see how many of their applicants with As have selected PTE elsewhere, as well as at their own school, but they cannot identify the people. After 4/30, they can identify the individual candidate, and run the report for their WL candidates as well. They can never see the names of the other schools, however.
