I recently got accepted (yesterday wohoo) to one of my waitlist schools. I am still waiting on two other waitlist schools. I was wondering that PTE-ing to my current acceptance would hurt my chances at the other schools?

No it won't, and you HAVE to PTE today regardless so PTE the school that accepted you ASAP before you risk losing your seat.
