Plans after medical school?

Here's a question from Rush's secondary that I find a little hard to answer:
What plans do you have following graduation from medical school?

I want to talk about residency and all but what else should I talk about? Any suggestions from people that have already done this last year. Thanks.

I plan on getting into a residency program.
