plastic surgeon trying to get into usa options?

I have been researching my options to get into usa and practice as a plastic surgeon. I will be completing my plastics residency in a few months. I understand that, as a foreigner, this is a long and difficult process I am facing. I have looked into plastic residency, fellowships, brun fellowships, plastic surgery research fellowships just to get my foot in the door. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

You have to do a plastic surgery residency or general followed by plastic fellowship. Try SF MATCH org for pre residency positions in plastic surgery and take off from there if possible. I guess the first step would be internship in general surgery.
