Everything looks really really good besides the GRE. Four years of a great academic record are more important than a couple hours of bad testing.
All the other stuff will look great too and most likely beat out a poor GRE. The only way I'd be concerned about the low GRE is if you are applying to any schools that require a min of 1000.
If there was a way to only submit your GRE scores to the schools that require them I would definitely do that, but I don't think there is through the OTCAS. I'm pretty sure that not all of those schools even require the GRE so the ones that don't definitely shouldn't have a prob.
