please help me finalize my school list! CA resident

Hi everyone, I'm currently trying to finalize my school list and would love any thoughts/comments/edits! I feel like my list is pretty top heavy right now, so I'm trying to think of more mid tier schools to add. Trying to max my chances of getting into a top 20-30 school. Thoughts on my list + my chances at a T20 school?? Thanks in advance

• Year in school: graduating 3rd year at UCLA
• Country/state of residence/demographics: CA, 21F, ORM (asian)
• Cumulative GPA: 3.928 as of winter quarter
• Science GPA: 3.883 as of winter quarter
• MCAT Scores: 519 (130/129/129/131)
• Research – include any abstracts/posters/publications and how you were credited (eg. First author, senior author, etc):
  • 250 hrs in a microbiology lab
  • 330 hrs of trauma clinical research
  • 580 hrs of cell bio/melanoma research, 1 poster/2 presentations
• Volunteering (clinical) – include hours/sites:
  • 150 hrs volunteering at a clinic for low-income patients (peds clinic)
• Physician shadowing – include hours/specialties:
  • 60 hrs, two surgical oncologists
• Non-clinical volunteering:
  • 350 hrs as a coordinator for service committee in alumni association club (my committee organizes service events on campus/in the local area for club members)
• Extracurricular activities:
  • 2 years/250 hours, campus events commission, my staff organizes free concerts on campus for students
  • 1.5 years/150 hours, life science undergrad association, curriculum committee
  • 2 years/500 hrs, alumni association club
    • Service committee (listed above in non clinical volunteering)
    • Academic affairs committee (year 2)
• Employment history:
  • 4 months/480 hours, summer internship with clinical operations team of a small biotech start up that's developing immunotherapy for cancer
