1. I would say Sella Turcica since it is considered the anterior cranial base and is the most stable point of reference. [Some orthodontic studies even show that the cranium tends to grow concentrically around the sella turcica.]

2. I think it is Enterococci esp E. faecalis.

3. Toffee- consistency, oral retention -both conducive to caries
