Forget about Post Graduation. First do DDS which is considered as graduation in US. After national board exam, you have to study 2-3 yr in dental school to get DDS degree.

-get ur transcipts evaluated by ece(www.ece.org)
-apply for nbde1(www.ada.org)
-most schools ask toefl,so giv toefl
-apply to schools after result for nbde(search the ada website or sdn forum, u will come to know abt a lot of schools)
-if selected for interviews, get a visa to come to US for interviews(if u r married here or a citizen then good or come on a student visa for mph,or some ms course or on a visitor visa)
-if selected after interview arrange for financial support of $140,000-$200,000
study material:ur books, notes, dental decks and kaplan notes.
i might have missed something, but these are basic steps
good luck

ece is educational credential evaluators.they calculate ur GPA acc to US education system.some univ take nbde part 1 and some take both part 1 and part 2.getting a good part 1 score(above 90 is considered good, but not a gaurantee to get an interview and admission).less than 90 u can stiill get an interview call, but difficult to get in the school, unless u have really good credentials, like GOOD GPA,awards during college time, publications, etc).some universities have a preclinical(cavity preps, crown cutting, composites, etc) and written test during their interview.these are those schools which dont giv a lot of importance to scores above 90,but look for good clicnical skills .so in total,if u have a good gpa, score above 90 in part 1,decent toefl(above 250),then u can expect to get in to universities which dont have preclinical exams in interview or otherwise.this is the general preception.
induviual cases may vary.people with less than 90 have got into really good schools and some even with a above 90 didnt even get an interview call,so there is no hard and fast rule.

you have given a lot of information, i really appreciate for your help.
thank you

iam sending my documents to ECE, for Ntional Board Part 1 but my questions are
1) Should i ask for A general report ONLY or a Course by Course evaluation aswell, since i plan to apply in UCSF somewhere later too, so should i tell the Ece people to send a report to ucsf AND to ADA at the same time? or just toADA for now? and ucsf or other universities later? what shud i do, iam confused.... plz reply!

2) Does it make a difference if i buy part 1 material from some one who lives in Canada? Does it mean the exam material in canada n california is different?

3)Does it make a difference if i buy dental deck 2004 when iam planning to give nbde 1 in 2006?, is it better to have dental deck real flashcards or study them from a cd???

4) i live in california sanfransisco, if i dont get an admission in UCSF,? iam i done with pursuing dentistry in USA??🙁?? or i shud apply to other states?

plz do guide me i will be really thankful

1.I think its better u get course by course evaluation report right away bcoz u can send the same report to both ADA and the dental school u r applying for.even though its enough to send general report for ur exam u have to get course by course to apply to school so u end up paying twice for both reports.ADA accepts course by course for exams as well.
may be u can request one copy to ADA and one for urself for the time being and then u can look into each college requirements and send them all later as u have lot of time to apply for the next year.
2.materials r same in both the countries.
3.u can buy 2004 decks and its up to u to decide which one do u prefer ,to study with cards or computer monitor.
4.best thing to do is to apply to as many schools as possible wherever u think u can move ,that increases ur chances of getting in .
