MD & DO Please help, need to cut down school list! cGPA 3.55, sGPA 3.38

Hi All,

cGPA: ~3.55
sGPA: ~3.38
upward trend for three years then middling senior year

MCAT 1: 506 (124/130/126/126)
MCAT 2: 513 (126/130/126/131)

Location: Non-NY, CA, TX student on east coast
race: white
school: state university

Clinical hours---
- 300 volunteer hospital
-100 shadowing several specialties - Emergency (MD and DO), Family med (DO), Peds, Derm
-EMT x2 yrs

Research experience-
-maybe 3000 hours, 5 years
-semi-prestigious post-bacc in research
-pending publication with pretty good impact factor, may be first author?

Non-clinical volunteering
- leader in an organization over 600 hours
-some other small things totaling maybe 200

Extracurriculars
-club sport, leader in it - 200 hours

I need to cut down my osteopathic list by maybe 1 or two, and my MD list by a large amount. Does anyone have any recommendations for which ones to take out? I have shown interest in rural medicine in my app.
