I have given my nbde part-1 exam on 6th of july, I did not answer anything as I wanted to fail and get a retake.Today I have recieved a letter from jcnde stating i have violated the rules of nbde part-1 and cannot write the exam for next 2 years, but they have given me a chance to appeal in next 30 days.
what should i be appealing....

try to say that you got a headache or you was vomiting or something like that

I think hiring a lawyer would be the best idea,'coz they might not buy the idea you sell.'Coz one time i could not make it for the exam and so called several times to ADA and asked if they could do something about it.They said no and would not encourage this as it is clearly written in the rules. So nothing helped. This is a serious matter and the reason you think valid might not be genuine for them.So the best bet would be to get legal help from a lawyer.Hope you get out of this situation.
