I don't consider it ethical or fair to reproduce exact questions here, although i don t remember many of them anyway(took it on March).
Regarding the rest of your questions, the best questions i found were:the nms review, the physiology section of a&l review, and q bank, and maybe the pretest clinical vignettes.
Most of my test was about pathology-pathophysiology. Pharmacology was also big, but not as expected. Cardiovascular, diuretics and other sos subjects were not a big part( 1 q from all of them combined). Chemotherapy-antineoplastics-prostaglandins-nsaids were. I had 20-30 q's from these.
Very few q's about micro-immunology. Nothing about HLA'S, or maybe one question i couldn t even understand.
Maybe 5 q s about anatomy, if i remember well all from neuro.
LOTS OF DIAGRAMMS!!! That's why i said the physiology section of a&l review was good
I would definitely study more chemotherapy and related areas in pharma. I didn't review them, in favour of cardiovascular, endocrine and pulmonary pharmacology.
The only thing i studied for behavioural was q bank. 2-3 q's were almost exact duplicates. Another 2-3 q's were from the sample items.
I would NOT study pathways in biochem. Maybe 1-2 q's were from these. Many more were about emzyme defficiencies. There was 1 question regarding the structure of neutral fats.
I can t recall any q's about biology.
Overall, i came out exremely dissapointed, probably because i felt i did really s***ty in the last block. However, it ended up smoothly, so i guess these kind of negative feelings are normal.
On the other hand, each test is different, even within the same testing center and in the same exam day, and no tests are the same, so take my experience as just what it is:an experience.
Hope it was helpful.
