Apply to all the schools you listed except Case which is a reach with your MCAT. You could add Vermont, Quinnipiac, Oakland Beaumont, Western Michigan, Medical College Wisconsin, Creighton, West Virginia and Roseman (new school accepting applications sometime this year).
