Hello,

I am doing a corroborative research project involving analyzing 10,000 ECGs. I have a basic understanding of ECGs and am good enough for ECGs at USMLE level.

Please recommend me a book that is thorough and allows me to have a strong grasp on reading ECGs.

Thank you.

How bad is your CV otherwise that you needed to sign on to such a horror show of a project to help buff it?

10K EKGs? F*** that noise unless I can bill each one.

Haha... I don't have a horrible CV. It's an additional project I am working on because I have time for it; also it will be a good practice. It's a corroborative project so like 6-10 ppl will work on it. I don't know the full gist of the project yet; but it is to analyze the ECG patterns in our HCM database.

Now do you have a book to recommend me?

O'keefe is great but a foundational book would be the art of 12 lead EKG interpretation by Garcia.. Great review of the basics
