Of the structures seen on a ground section of a permanent lateral incisor, which of the following was formed first?
  1. Perikymata
  2. Enamel spindle
  3. Gnarled enamel
  4. Granular layer of Tomes
ans is B ? Is it correct? pls explain.

Which of the following are mobilized when a cell produces an excessive amount of protein?

1.perikymata is the outer covering,formed v late
3.gnarled enamel at the cusp tips, formed late
3granular layer of tomes in the root dentin
2.enamel spindle are the odontoblastic processes of dentin in enamel, when the crown is being formed, compared to above choices,2. is correct

cell produce protein means RER in which protein formed and modify in golgi mean gycosylated and all,so when cell produce much protein ,its packed in a large vesicle and send to lysosome for diffirent kind of function enzme to produce.enzme is protein ,right.so lysosome has dnaase, protease like.enzme protein.fine.
