PLZ HELP QUICKLY: Deciding which Opportunity to take

I was recently offered two jobs: one as a medical assistant and the other in a pharmaceutical company. I am having trouble deciding which one to take. The only reason i am even considering the pharmaceutical company is because they pay way more than being an MA. But MA offers a great experience. how much better would being an MA look for med school applications than working for a pharma company?

I have mostly shadowing experience. I did do a little bit in the clinic but not much. Maybe like 10 hours max
