Poland medical school: Info needed

A friend of mine is going to Poland to medical school. He said that it is really easy to get in and they dont even require the MCAT. I think it is this school. Click here for poland med school .
Anyway, he said that it is in ways of being accredited by California?I think he meant the US. Anyway, is it worth it going there?? Please tell me. I am thinking about applying. Also, would I have to do extra schooling when I come and practice in California? Thanks!
