Do all schools (both MD and DO) have post-bac programs?

I'm waitlisting at LECOM right now and was wondering if going through the post-bac is a good idea. I'm also enrolled at UAB Public Health to get my Masters in Maternal/Child Health so it's either the post-bac or the Masters in public health.

Both seem like a good idea. Both would allow me to boost up my GPA. I also want to become a pediatrician so a background in maternal/child health would be useful. Postbac would be helpful in getting some 1st year classes out of the way. But Masters is probably better for future job perspective in case medschool doesn't work out. From what I understand, the post-bac is just a certificate of completion and not a degree. Correct?

Also, can you use the post-bac towards another medschool or does it only apply towards the school in which you are taking it from?
