Is it better to have masters over post bacc over bachelor's degree to increase chance of getting into a dental school?

If not, do you think it's better to focus on retaking DAT instead of wasting time on taking these programs(masters, post bacc)?

Depends upon your gpa. In your case, gpa is great and definitely not an issue. I'm not even sure if this question is in reference to your situation. However, if it is, I would retake the DAT because your reading comp is on the low side.
