Post-bacc at Univeristy of Connecticut

Dose anyone know how compeditive the post-bacc program at the University of Conn is to get into? I am interested in the full year minority program to help better my credentials for medical school. Dose this program guarantee admission to their medical school? The application process to the medical school seems very expensive. But it seems like a very good program.
