I am looking to take some classes this summer to increase my science GPA. I have already graduated. Most the classes I want to take are only offered at the community college in my area. I was wondering how it is viewed to take post-bac classes at a community college??

Also, I did look at SMPs but none are offered in my area. (I dont want to waste more than 1 year taking classes--ex: getting a mph or masters)

Suggestions??

I think the general consensus is to not take it at a CC. It's usually easier there and med schools know that.

while I completely agree, I also think that CC courses are better than none at all and an A will still help to bost your GPA regardless of where its from. Just make sure to try to take an upper div science or two in the fall in addition to your CC courses!
