Hi, I am deciding between Vanderbilt Post bacc, BU MAMS, and Upenn specialized program. There are pros and cons to all of them. Would love some advice

Pick the program that is:
1) cheapest
2) shortest
3) has the best linkage

My wise colleague @Moko seems to have a low opinion of the U Penn program.
