Hi, does the post-bacc GPA or the undergrad GPA count more?

Depends on how long ago the undergrad work was done, on where the post-bacc work was done compared to undergrad, and on whether post-bacc was formal program or a la carte. Generally, a post-bacc program will be weighted more if it's:
1) done after several years of doing domething else
2) done at an institution known for good post-bacc program
3) a formal program, including upper-division courses

Do the post-bacc grades get included in the overall GPA for AMCAS?

Yes, as part of your undergraduate total, but listed as a separate "year".

This might be a good question to ask in the post-bacc forum.
