I was wondering if anyone knew whether schools with non-rolling admissions would send out rejections while keeping acceptance and waitlist notification until the spring?

I.e., many of us have already been to Pittsburgh...which will not send out acceptances until Feb. 15th, but they've certainly already met to decide our fate to a great extent (while they can still remember who we are) - I was wondering if anyone from this or prior years had heard an indication of their post-interview disposition before February?

that's just cruel not to tell people when they know. Rolling admission makes so much more sense in some ways.

I hear ya...I am sure that Pitt has already reviewed our files. It's going to be a long winter.

So, for example, is the University of Michigan sending out rejections/waitlists yet or just acceptances?
