Postbaccalaureate Program (UPENN)

Hi, I am interested in bringing up my GPA after I get my B.A. (Cell Bio major; third year; Berkeley). I am interested in the pre-health program offered by UPENN. Does anyone have any info about this program? Has anyone been through the program or know someone who has? I need a good, relatively-cheap program that will allow me to enter right into med school after I'm done with it instead of having to wait an additional year and I hear that UPENN's program has some ties to med schools to allow for early decision. I would appreciate any info. I've emailed them and called them, but I get no answer.
