YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, Herp!! Now I can get started 😉

CCOM is exactly the same as AZCOM.

Be careful, as CCOM and AZCOM do NOT have exactly the same questions. Read the second one carefully. Below are some links to a few secondary applications you can view on-line. For the UNECOM application you will have to create an account to access the secondary. With the below information added to the first post, you should have secondary questions and/or access to 10 of the 20 Osteopathic schools. Hope it helps.

UNECOM Secondary

KCOM

Have you applied to KCOM before?

What particular qualities do you feel you can bring to KCOM?

What specific experience/exposure have you had with osteopathic medicine? How has this influenced your decision to become an osteopathic physician?

Sorry I just read the first school which I thought you said was AZCOM and though hey that's the same question I was just trying to answer.

I see that the question itself says CCOM.

Here are 3 more: Virginia, OU, and Pikeville.

Virginia is available to view on-line. You can access it directly from their homepage.

Pikeville

List all activities (e.g., employment, travel, etc) that account for your time since earning a bachelor's degree. List the most recent activity first.

List all extracurricular, volunteer, or vocational activities you participated in while in college. List dates.

List any academic honors, distinctions, and scholarships you have earned. Include participation in any type of honor societies.

Attach a separate sheet (8 1/2 x 11) stating why you should be selected for training as a primary care, rural osteopathic physician.

Also, the standard questions from the AACOMAS application about GPA and MCAT scores.

OU-COM

Personal statement in space provided (roughly half a page) indicate: why you wish to become an osteopathic physician; why you wish to attend OU; and any additional information you feel the college should know about you.

Gee...those are easy! Virginia is the only one of the three with a bunch of essays.

I have a question. Is there a character limit for the Pikeville's and OU-COM's essay?

Thanks!

a big THANK YOU to everyone who has contributed!!!

Anyone have DMU's questions please?

No character limits...just space. You have a standard sheet of paper for Pikeville's essay and what amounts to about a half page for OU-COM's. (It is sandwiched in between the question and the signature, I think).

I will probably single space (double between paragraphs) and try to be as thorough as possible for that amount of space.
