PPS for Employment

I'm currently at PGY-1 at a competitive program strongly affiliated with a COP in the NE. Despite my institution's push for PGY-2, I really don't think it is for me and I'm going to pursue employment. I'm thinking about doing PPS to try and get my name out to some programs in the region that might be participating. I thought I would make a thread for PGY-1 and PGY-2 only who are going to be searching for jobs at Midyear. Please do not discuss fellowships in this thread.

If anyone has tips/advice/warnings, etc, please share! THANKS
