I will use

EK 1001 Bio
TPR Science workbook for Chemistry, Physics, and Orgo
VR 101, Kaplan. Princeton Review, and maybe LSAT

I was doing EK 1001 Chem, but I thought it will not be a efficient way to study.

I asked this question because I heard that EK 1001 chem, physics, and orgo are not representative of the MCAT.

Is this true?

For the most part they don't seem to be MCAT-style questions, but they will help solidify concepts. If you have time, it might be worth working through them before moving on to more MCAT-representative material. But if you feel confident in your conceptual understanding of the subjects already, then you'd probably want to skip them.
