Practice scores v. the real thing

So as many of you have, I've been feverishly studying for the MCAT as well as balancing a full class load of Genetics, Biomedical Ethics, Organic II, and Physics II.....

Anyway...I've taken several practice tests, and am feeling pretty confident with my scores, but I was just wondering for those of you who have taken the MCAT already, how closely did your practice test scores match the real thing? and Where there any major surprises (don't mention specific questions just topics)? Things you wished you had studied more?
