Practice Vision - AMCAS 2002

This is so unclear:
"This is your opportunity to describe your life and medical practice as you envision THEM ten years from now."

Another part of the application (i think the help section) says:

"This is your opportunity to describe your life and medical practice as you envision IT ten years from now."

What the heck? Do we decribe what we want our life and our own medical practice to be like? Or do we decribe our life and what medical practice in general will be like in 10 years?

anyone got ideas? i cant believe they weren't completely explicit.
