Just wondering if anyone has any experience or advice with a pre-interview letter of interest for the specific school as well as updates like publications and activities? I have a bunch of secondaries completed and waiting to be reviewed and was wondering if this is wise. If so should it be emailed to admissions office or dean...?

Asking the admission's office where it should be sent is wise. They get questions like that all day and will not be surprised by your email. You might want to check their admission's page first, though.

As far as when to send it, you should update schools whenever you feel that you have added something significant to your application (new job as a nurse, scribe, tech, new publication, new achievement of some kind, etc). They will simply add it to your file. It's nothing to be weirded out by. This is the admission's office's job! 🙂
