Pre-Med Committee Letter

Do committee letters count as a single LOR? say i have 2 professors write LORs for me, then give it to my pre med advisor to write the committee letter (3rd), does this count as 3 letters or just one?

It think it would technically count as 3 but you should really have more then 2 people in your committee letter. I will have 5 in mine.
