Pre Med Schedule(Biochem.)

Hey guys,
I'm trying to make my schedule for the upcoming semesters. I'm a biology major and the generic schedule for biology majors at my university has biochemistry taken senior year. When should I aim to take it so that I can take the MCAT in time to apply for medical school?

I was thinking that I should study for it over the summer between my sophomore and junior year and through the fall semester and take it over winter break. Should I take Biochem. concurrently during my fall semester?
