Pre-Med Volunteer Clinical Retreat Abroad

Does anyone know a good way to get involved with a project or group that goes oversees to clinically administer healthcare to those in need? As a pre-med and someone who greatly enjoys volunteer work and lending a helping hand I would be greatly appreciative for the opportunity to do something like this. If anyone knows ways to get involved, please let me know. This is greatly appreciated, thank you!!
