Army Pre (military match) match instructions?

Before the military match a letter is sent out to 3rd year soon to be 4th year medical students (according to the Army). Does anyone have a copy of that letter? I want to get some specifics of how the match takes place and was hoping that the instructive letter would answer some of my questions. So far, I really haven't seen much info.
