Pre-req GPA > Science GPA > Cumculative GPA?

Is this pretty much the order that most adcoms weight the applicant's transcripts? Or does it varies between schools?

I got C+ a english, C+ in organic II, and B- in bio I which are the pre-reqs for most dental school. But I did really well in other science courses (mostly A's). I was thinking to take more advanced English courses and advanced organic chem courses if pre-req GPA is VERY big factor that adcom consider . Thanks!

It all depends on the school and which one they emphasize.
