Last time I took math or did any math was in high school, the one "math" class I took in college was a basic stats class! (A long long time ago...)

Anyone know any good free online courses (MOOCs) or resources that would be good for brushing up on math needed for the first year biostats class that most MPH program require?

Just want to be as prepared as possible!

What was your degree in college???

And you make it sound like it was a while ago that you attended college, what made you go back to the Public Health sector, especially biostatistics?

I took a look at coursera through Hopkins free courses and then realized how boring stats was when I was in undergrad. Something tells me that Biostats is going to be a struggle.

I would recommend coursera like what was stated above.
