if u don't have a job, do this:

Fall Chem I, Phys I,
Spring Chem II, OChem I, Phys II
Fall OChem II, Bio I, study your butt off for MCAT
Spring Bio II, study your butt + @ss off for MCAT, take MCAT in april

This is assuming at your school Chem II isn't a pre req for OChem I

This allows you to study more for MCAT

You might want to take bio II during the fall 09

Bio 2 has just crazy amounts of useless information to memorize. Unless you're really good at that, I'd recommend switching it and physics around like this:
spring 09:
Bio 1
Chem 1
Calculus
Summer 09:
Chem 2
Physics 1
Fall 09:
Physics 2
Orgo Chem
Spring 10:
Orgo Chem 2
Bio 2

I know that's a little bit of time between the first and 2nd bio, but it'll be fine. I just remember taking bio 2 during a normal semester and sometimes feeling overwhelmed at all of the names I had to know, especially with the botany half that I didn't care too much about. Just my 2 cents.

Nah, don't wait a year. Take it as soon as you finish your pre-reqs. If I were you, I'd go ahead and get a MCAT review book now and kind of go through it as you complete each class. As long as you study, I see no reason to wait.
