I consistently scored lower on the Princeton Review tests than I did on the actual test. I typically scored in the 27-30 range on the Princeton Review tests and got a 34 on the real test. The AAMC tests were much closer to what I actually got as I usually got 31-35 on these practice tests. Overall I took a fair number of the Princeton tests because it was good practice to get used to the format of the tests and practice test taking. This is my experience. Others that I knew scored better on the Princeton tests than the AAMC practice tests and swore that the Princeton tests were easier.
