Starting Salary for DPT new-grads

I attended a nearly 100% white female program to become an occupational therapist. Take a peek at this url, and you'll see, diversity just ISN"T a priority for most in my field. I am trying to make a difference, but people just don't care.

While the field is still dominantly white, I'm seeing more men apply to OT school than ever just this year, when just a few years before, male OTs were seen as unicorns. Went to a couple interviews recently and out of the ~40-50 that attended each interview, there were over 10 guys present.

Stuff is changing, I kind of regret making this post. It seems snotty. I get that change is happening, and that's a good thing.
