Problem with NBOME

long story short I am scheduled for a dec 16th comlex 2 exam but recently got a new email about them changing my date to next month. Has anyone run into this problem. Want to know if nbome usually help students with this type of problem especially when they changed it without my permission. Thanks

Problem with the NBOME=you loose. 100% of the time.

That's really weird. Did they change it or did Prometric? I would call them to find out why.
