Problems Printing FAFSA Summary

Is anyone else having difficulties printing their FAFSA summary? I tried when I first submitted (late Feb) and again now. All I get is a minimized browser that pops up (doesn't matter if I choose the PDF or HTML version), which can't be expanded. It's really frustrating as I'd like a copy for my records.

Any ideas? Thanks.
