Really, not to freak you out...
Has anyone who has already sumbitted had a problem with credit card payments? My friend just forwarded me her admissions consultant's advice to wait until 6/15 to submit:
"AMCAS applicants to the 2004 entering class are currently experiencing failures when attempting to pay application service fees by credit card. This issue prevents applicants who wish to pay by credit card from submitting, and is the result of a network outage on the part of the electronic payment vendor. We are working with our vendor to investigate this issue, and will include updated information at www.aamc.org/amcas as we learn more. ..."
Is this a load of cr@p? Rumors to stress us out even more? I can't find anything on the aamc about this supposed problem.
Or is this really a problem?
