I wanted to know where was the most efficient way to collect contact information for the Graduate Medical Education Offices for various programs.

I don't mean contact information for specialty residency program, however one office that oversees all resident/specialties in a program.

I am aware of ACGME, Frieda, and each specialty focused websites.

However, is there a website that provides GME contact info...

IMO, your best bet is to google "[name of institution] GME office" and get the numbers that way for your places of interest. Most program websites have a link to this somewhere as well.

Under Search on the left, choose "sponsoring institutions"

It would have been easier to collect the email addresses if they were on one page, rather than having to click on each institution link, but nonetheless it is in one place for picking.
