Prometric: Wearing a hat during the exam?

I get distracted sometimes when people are getting up and walking around since the procters go back and forth to seat individual exam takers. I figure I could wear a hat and partially cover my view with the brim and focus on the screen. I'm not sure how strict they are at the center.

I'm taking the exam tomorrow so if anyone knows then please post! I guess I'll just go in with a hat and see what they say.

No hats allowed, the guy next to me had to remove his before entering. I mean, people in high school used to write the answers underneath their hat brim, so I can see why they would not want you to wear it. Also, I wasn't allowed to eat during the break either time I took the test (2 different centers)...
