I don't know if I should do ochem research or biochemistry. I'm leaning towards ochem because i'll like it more. In the end, does it really even matter?

btw im trying to type with a broken keyboard so certain letters dont work lol =[. hence the horrible title

What I've been told by the 'powers that be' is that the specific type of research is not important.

Here's what they want to see out of research:
- You learn to communicate effectively, which is why pubs/presentations/etc are nice (but not expected)
- Your research experience was meaningful (you weren't simply washing glassware)
- Ideally, you were contributing to the design of the experiments and direction of the project

Be prepared to thoughtfully explain your project, because odds are you will be asked.
