I come across 3 questions and wonder if you guys can answer:
1. what's the greatest advantage of replacing lower anterior teeth with a bridge than a RPD?
is it easier to clean? easier to restore soft tissue contour, or better cross-arch stability?
2. patient complains of loose implant of #20 on an implant-supported overdenture after 3 yrs, what should you do?
either: replace the component and tighten implant, or remove entire implant to allow healing, or refer to periodontist to tx perio condition, or replace the component and use wrench to reseat
3. what's the best area of tray stop for a max acrylic impression ?
