PS formatting - dialogue?

So I have some dialogue in my PS and I was wondering if I should just start each line flush left or if I should put a space between each line to be consistent with the paragraph spacing. Does it even matter? Thanks guys.

Be consistent with the paragraph spacing, otherwise it will look bizarre.
