at first i was excited that it was not a rejection, then i did a search on SDN which pretty much concludes that it is...i think that i still might frame it.

why do they toy with us? we are so very sensitive...

Although a select few do end up getting invited to interview, being placed on hold for interview at PSU is pretty much a "soft" rejection.

there has been some press lately about how waste from dairy farms in contributing to air pollution and environmental issues in general...

i think that the ad com at psu have been breathing in too many fumes...maybe the adverse environmental factors just make them evil.
