Did anyone have any hunches about their potential acceptances/rejections and did they pan out as you predicted? I'm talking about feelings that have nothing to do with reality-- no regard for whether your numbers are statistically competitive at such-and-such school or whether you have residency or legacy factors on your side. Anyone? Anyone?
For the past year I've had the goofy feeling that I'll be rejected by everyone, including my state school where I have the best odds, except UCONN. UCONN will take me. That's my psychic prediction.
I'm eager to find out if I'm psychic. C'mon UCONN!!!!
P.S. I don't believe in fortune-telling or psychics, nor am I making fun of them.
